This event presents and discusses Russia against Ukraine , a multi-author study of the ideological, political, and cultural roots of Russia’s war. The book shows how Russian elites have fostered anti-Ukrainian narratives through propaganda, education, diplomacy, and historical revisionism, making the destruction of Ukrainian statehood and identity central to Putin’s project.
